This was my first Galen Leather product and the reputation within the fountain pen community is exceptional. What I received was a superbly crafted leather pen case with an exquisite silk lining. This is a product that with proper care will last a lifetime.
This is an incredible case! It store 8 pens, a field notes notebook, AND my lip balm. I love that the lining is meant for pens to easily slide and clip on. The patina is already lovely, and the zipper closure is smooth. One of the best investments I've made and I get asked about it all the time.
This washi tape dispenser is a genuine delight — both functional and gorgeous. The wood quality is excellent, and it's become a proud little centerpiece on my art table, holding my favorite tapes right where I can reach them.
Shipping was fast, but what really stood out was the care behind it: a handwritten note sharing the story of the company, plus a small sample of Turkish coffee and a refreshing towelette tucked into the package. It felt less like a purchase and more like a gift. Small gestures like that make all the difference — you can tell this is a business that takes pride in what they make and how they share it.

I am a long-time user of the original Nock Lookout. It has been my main pen case, especially when traveling or going to meetings. The Galen leather version is true to style but more elegant. It holds 3 large pens well. It feels a bit less protective than the original Nock product, but that shouldn't be a problem. It is very light weight, on the other hand, which is an advantage IMO. The quality of materials and construction is of the high quality expected from Galen Leather.
This writing box is beautifully crafted. It feels nice to the touch inside and out. The inner kickstands come in handy and the lock/latch mechanism has an inner retention system so it’s never loose feeling and doesn’t rattle around. Very solid and highly recommended.

I was excited to receive my passport leather journal cover, and while it looks beautiful and soft on the outside, I am super disappointed in the quality of the leather on the flesh side. It’s very uniform and shiny, and, and they confirmed that there is a cotton lining adhered on the inside. Not what I would expect, since they pride themselves on using veg tanned leather, burnishing the edges, etc..
I like the bad and the thickness and quality of leather - but it seems the handle is placed on the wrong side of bag. I’m placing my pens upside down or adjusting for the design flaw (IMO)
The Leather Magnum Opus 3 Slots Hard Pen Case with Removable Pen Tray in Crazy Horse Smoky is a beautiful and well-finished product. The leather looks great and the overall presentation feels premium.
However, the pens fit too loosely inside the hard case, and the removable tray does not sit as precisely as I expected. A more curved internal shape would probably hold the pens more securely.
Overall, it is a very nice-looking case, but the internal fit could be improved.
Got this pen as a gift, worked perfectly out of the box, and has been able to take whatever ink i put in it, shimmer, pigment, whatever! I can't state just how much I love this pen, it is wonderful!

A beautiful journal cover and great alternative to the elastic notebooks if you’re looking for a different vibe. Quality of the leather is just gorgeous. Almost exactly as pictured. Perfect snug fit for a softcover A5 notebook. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased with my edc wallet. The quality of the leather and the workmanship is outstanding and will last for years.
This will be so useful to carry my pocket pens and credit cards, but maybe I will carry a torch and small tools or maybe something else. It is so versatile it can be used for so many things, but small enough to carry around in your bag or pocket.

This box is absolutely stunning. I don’t have a dedicated desk at either home or work, so this has become an essential daily piece for me for writing and correspondence. I love it deeply and it will likely become an heirloom piece for my children. I am so glad I purchased it!
I ordered the celestial koi pen with an F flex nib. Very pretty! Was easy to fill and use right out of the box. Stays wet even when I don’t touch it for several days. You can post the cap, but the pen has some heft and I enjoy the lighter weight of writing without it.
Despite how lovely this pen is, I was a bit disappointed it didn’t look like the photo on the website. I expected the resin color scheme to be white mixed with deep orange, red, and some black, but it instead has more brownish tones. I understand resin colors will vary pen to pen, but it was a bit unexpected. Happy to have it in my collection nonetheless.
I love this notepad for ink swatches. It comes with blank pages, grid/lined papers, and a leather blotter - used it for 6 years and still going strong!

As you can see the pen insert is pretty much identical to how it looked the day I got it, except some fading from keeping it out on my desk most daily. The pouch is quite battered after being thrown into my bag every single day. I revive it every now and then with leather balm and it's as good as new! There are some fountain pen ink spots that I couldn't get out, but they just blended into the regular wear & tear after a while.
The only real lasting damage was to the zipper tag, which unfortunately was chewed on by my overly enthusiastic kiten about a year ago, so I replaced it with a keychain.
The photo speaks for itself - I couldn't recommend these products enough. I have been slowly replacing everything I own with Galen things.
Love the format for this one - I needed a sturdy pen case for on the go and longer travel, and this was the perfect combination of pens & notebook holder.
Larger pens fit well, including Asvine C80 and Leonardo Momento Zero Grande 2.0. The notebook slot may be a bit limited by the width of the pens, so I opted for a paper pad instead of a bulkier notebook for this one.
I picked my favorite Crazy Horse Green in Regular size - it's so simple yet so effective! It comes with 4 elastic strings to attach notebooks & extras.
Works perfectly with their Everyday Notebooks in Regular size - all 3 fit well, but I prefer to travel lighter and just keep one in at a time. This travel notebook has already become the first thing in my bag every time I'm on the go.
